Use of Services
eSignMe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for their intended purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to: • Use our services for any illegal purpose • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction • Infringe upon the rights of others • Distribute malware or other harmful code • Interfere with or disrupt our services • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Use our services in any manner that could damage or overburden our infrastructure
Account Responsibilities
When you create an eSignMe account, you are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
Electronic Signatures

eSignMe provides electronic signature capabilities in accordance with applicable electronic signature laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN)
  • The Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)
  • The European Union's eIDAS Regulation

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that electronic signatures created through eSignMe have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, eSignMe and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
  • Any content obtained from the Services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through our Services. Your continued use of our Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
